Parent Access to Dependent Results in PnC Now Available

You can access your children's SHIELD test results via the online portal.
- Parents should use the community agency code df5brbrj to sign up for a patient portal at the link below.
- Next, click on “add dependent” for each child. You will need to match on Last Name, First Name, DOB, and either unique email (preferred) or phone number for each child/dependent.
