Bus Route C is a double route tonight, please wait in the HS cafeteria after school until your shuttle bus arrives to pick you up and take you home. Please direct any questions regarding late buses to the Bus Garage at (217)498-9834.
CHEMISTRY CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT
Those members of the Chemistry Club that will be going to Rochester Estates in December, please plan on meeting Wednesday, December 20 at 7:40 a.m. in Mrs. Boyer's Room (3156). If you haven't signed up yet to go on the trip, please do so before December 20.

MADRIGAL DINNER & TEA TICKETS
Madrigal Dinners are Friday-Saturday Dec. 6-7 at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets $30/each. Dinners include a full catered Nelson's 1/2 roasted chicken, potatoes, vegetable, salad, wassail, coffee and dessert. Vegetarian option available , please indicate on your ticket order.
Madrigal Teas are Saturday-Sunday, Dec. 7-8 at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets $20/each. Teas include a homemade cheeseball and crackers, grapes, coffee, wassail, and dessert.
NEW in 2024 - All shows are offering a no-meal, Concert-Only ticket for $10. This option allows patrons to attend the second half of the show to hear some of the best musical moments, but without a meal. The concert portion lasts appx 1 hour. Arrival times for Concert-Only Tickets:
Dinner Performances - 7:45 p.m. and Tea Performances - 3:00 p.m.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
SENIORS: For seniors planning to attend Lincoln Land Community College next Fall, the LLCC Foundation Scholarship Application is now OPEN! Please see the information below on how to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship is due February 15, 2025.
First, students must apply to LLCC to be eligible for scholarships.

FRESHMAN FOOTBALL INFORMATION
If you are a parent or guardian of an 8th-grade student who wants to play Freshman Football in the Fall of 2025, please fill out the form on the following link: RHS Class of 2029 Freshman Football. This will help the high school coaches anticipate the expected number of players and give football moms the ability to communicate with players and parents in the upcoming months. RHS PTO INFORMATION
The HS PTO needs your help! The PTO is seeking donations to provide additional supplies that the HS teachers need in their classrooms. ATHLETIC SPORTS PASSES
The 2024-25 Athletic Sports Passes will be available again this year! You can get yours at any home game. Cash or check made payable to “RHS”. The passes are good for RHS and RJHS home events. (Tournaments and Post Season games are not included) The cost is $200 for a Family Pass (for immediate family only) or $100 for an Individual Pass.

COLLEGE ESSAY ASSISTANCE
College essay workshops will be every Monday and Wednesday during Rocket Time in the back of the Junior High Library (Dr. Johnson's new office space). Please send Dr. Johnson an email at tjohnson@rochester3a.net, and she will issue you a pass.

ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES
SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENT
If your student plans to participate in sports this school year '24-'25. Registration is open. At that time, please visit Athletic Registration to register your athlete. Please go under the 'more' tab and choose athletic registration. We will also need an updated physical on file. Don’t forget to subscribe to “notify me” for your child’s sport, this allows you to get automatic notifications of any schedule changes. If you need to check your child’s physical date or have any questions about the registration process, please contact Kim Hauck at khauck@rochester3a.net.
