SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY
Seniors - If you would like to be recognized for any scholarships that you have received at the Senior Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 9, please fill out the Google Form linked below. This form must be filled out using your school email, it can only be accessed through a Rochester 3A email address. The form must be completed by Thursday, May 1. BOYS BASKETBALL ANNOUNCEMENT
If you are interested in playing basketball next year, there will be a meeting during Rocket Time in the RAC on Thursday, April 24 to go over the summer schedule.
PROM COURT VOTING
Attention Juniors and Seniors - Please make sure to check your email and vote for your 2025 Prom Court. Voting starts today and closes this Thursday, April 24 at Noon.

ROCKET SOFTBALL ANNUAL AVANTI’S GONDOLA FUNDRAISER
The fundraiser will help support field upgrades and equipment for the Jr. High and High School Softball Teams.
Pick-Up: Saturday, April 26 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Rochester Athletic Complex

JAZZ NIGHT EVENT INFORMATION
Rochester Jazz Night - Saturday, April 26, 2025
Doors Open @ 5:00 p.m. - Buffet Dinner @ 5:30 p.m.
Ensembles perform starting @ 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $25 (Dinner will be catered by Nelson's and includes: Choice of vegetable lasagna or BBQ chicken, roasted potatoes, green beans, salad, roll, dessert, coffee, tea). For guests who do not want food, there will be a free will offering at the door for bleacher seating.
PROM 2025
The RHS Prom “A Starry Night” will be held on Saturday, May 3 from 8:00-11:00 p.m. at the Artisans Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Tickets are $25.00 each and will be sold online from Monday, April 14 - Thursday, May 1 at 12:00 p.m. (NOON). You can purchase your tickets at the 2025 Prom Ticket Link or scan the QR code on the prom posters around the school. EVERY PERSON ATTENDING PROM MUST HAVE A TICKET IN THEIR OWN NAME. If you have any questions regarding Prom please reach out to Mrs. Gunter or Ms. Seitz.
PROM GUEST FORMS
If you plan to bring a guest from another school or an RHS student that is NOT a Junior or Senior to Prom you must complete a guest form. Guest forms are available in the Principal's Office from Mrs. Tucker from April 14-29. Guest forms are DUE by Wednesday, April 30 to Mrs. Gunter by 3:05 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
MADRIGALS AUDITIONS
Auditions for the 2025-26 RHS Madrigals will be held May 7 and 8 after school in the Choir Room. Any Rochester student entering 9th-12th grade is welcome to audition, even if you're not in choir this year. The signup deadline is Wednesday, April 30. SENIOR CLASS PHOTOS NEEDED
Attention Seniors and Senior Guardians: Each year for graduation a video is created and shown before graduation. We are asking that each senior provide one baby or toddler age (1-3 years old) picture and one senior picture ASAP for the video. Photos can be digital or hard copy. COMMUNITY OPEN GYMS - BASKETBALL
Community Open gyms are being moved to Thursday nights this year. Open gyms will begin Thursday, May 1 in the RAC. There will be no community open gyms in June due to renovations being completed in the RAC. They will start back up on Thursdays in July and run through October. Open Gym Times: Grades 4th-8th (6:00–7:00 p.m.) and High Schoolers and up (7:00–8:30 p.m.)
25-26 PRE-K INFORMATION
