ROCKET COLOR BLAST 5K - RHS JUNIOR CLASS PROM 2022 FUNDRAISER
Please help the RHS Junior Class raise money for this year's Prom by participating in The Rocket Color Blast 5k Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, November 7, 2021 @ 1:00 p.m. at the Rochester Community Park! GOLF TEAM RESULTS
Junior Michael Pemberton competed in the 2A Metamora Golf Sectional on Monday. He shot an 88 and came within 10 shots of qualifying for the state golf tournament.
Congratulations to our "Super Sophs" Kiley Torres and Isabel Tom, BOTH girls qualified for the IHSA State Golf Tournament which will be played Friday and Saturday at Red Tail Run Golf Course in Decatur! Isabel shot an 88 to qualify while Kiley shot a 90. The team shot 389 which was good for 4th place. Seniors Kassie Skinner and Kassidy Conlon closed out their high school careers yesterday while the Rockets look forward to junior Kate Haupt and freshman Eleanor Schudel for next season!

CACC ANNOUNCEMENT
There are no classes at Rochester this Friday, October 8, but there is still a regular school day for CACC attendance and class. If you need a ride via school transportation to class, please contact Mr. Toland before Thursday. Otherwise, you may transport yourselves to class on Friday. If you are going to be absent, please contact the CACC office. Next Monday, October 11, there are no classes for Rochester or CACC students.

CHEMISTRY CLUB INFORMATION

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES - 10/13/21 & 11/3/21
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held for RHS on Wednesday, October 13 and Wednesday, November 3 from 3:30 - 8:30 p.m. Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY this fall. Parents should use their Skyward Family Access to schedule 15-minute virtual appointments with their student’s teachers that they would like to visit with through our video conferencing platform. After scheduling your conference(s), parents will be sent a link by the teacher for each meeting via their email. Directions on how to schedule a conference can be found here. HAZEL HEALTH INFORMATION
We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot. ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES
FAMILY/INDIVIDUAL FALL SEASON SPORTS PASSES
Family and Individual fall season sports passes will be available at all games for purchase. Family passes are $100 and individual passes are $40-adult or $30-senior citizen. These passes allow entrance into all junior high and high school events during the fall season. Please bring a check (made out to RHS) or exact change. If you are planning to purchase passes at the football game they will be available at the pass gate only (far gate).
HS BOYS BASKETBALL OPEN GYM INFORMATION
For anyone interested in playing high school basketball this year that isn’t playing a fall sport, open gyms will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the RAC. Masks must be worn during the open gym.
