On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, we will be switching our Rocket Time and first block exam to allow our students who are arriving late on buses to be here on time for their first exam.
Rocket Time: 8:05-8:45 a.m.
A1/B1 Exam: 8:50-10:13 a.m.
BAND BOOSTERS WINTER APPAREL PICK UP
The Band Boosters Winter Apparel Sale will host a pick up event TODAY, December 13 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. If you ordered band apparel, please come to the Fine Arts doors during that time to pick up your items. The Band Boosters will also be meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Band Room and would love for you to stay and join us! All are welcome! Thanks for supporting the Pride of Rochester…the BANDS!

RHS STUDENT BODY WINTER DONATION DRIVE
The RHS Student Body is collecting items for the Sojourn Shelter this year. Please bring canned goods, school supplies and personal care items and place them in the bins around the High School the week of December 13-17. The bins are placed by the Auditorium, Athletic Office and the Cafeteria. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Sojourn Donation Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FINAL EXAMS
We have compiled an information sheet for families concerning the week of semester exams. Info Sheet for Final Exam Week - 12/13-12/17 Please look over the information and if you have any questions, please have your student contact their teachers or counselor. On Wednesday, Dec. 15 and Thursday, Dec. 16 exams will be over at 1:38 p.m. and students will be dismissed at roughly 1:43 p.m. If students have transportation, they are free to leave at that time. If students need to stay and ride the bus home at 3:05 p.m. on these days, please fill out this Google Form. Please ONLY COMPLETE THE FORM IF YOU WILL BE STAYING FOR THE BUS ON ONE OR BOTH OF THESE TWO DAYS.
CACC SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 13:
There will be regular classes at CACC on Monday, December 13 and Tuesday, December 14. There will be Final Exams at CACC on Wednesday, December 15 and Thursday, December 16. On Friday, December 17 at CACC, you will only need to attend if you have a make-up exam that you have scheduled for that afternoon with your instructor. Otherwise, you are excused from attending CACC on Friday, December 17.

In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. To purchase your ad online, follow the instructions on the attached FORM and then click on the LINK to order. There is also a YouTube Instructional Video that may be helpful to watch before placing your order. Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. Please take into account our school's ad content guidelines on the bottom of the attached form during the creation of your ad online. All ad orders must be placed online by 01/31/2022.

We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot. If you have to drive a different vehicle for 3 days then please fill out the form on all 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.
