CACC STUDENTS - REMINDERS
Reminder - Classes at CACC will begin next week on Monday, January 10. There are no classes at CACC this week.
GIRLS TRACK INFORMATION
Any girls that are interested in HS track this year, please contact Coach Trexler at atrexler@rochester3a.net. Also, we are having an Open Gym, TONIGHT, Wednesday, January 5 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the RAC. We will meet in the front foyer area and then proceed to the weight room for the Open Gym at 3:30 p.m. Girls that are involved in other sports, please let Coach Trexler know you will be participating to make sure to receive future communications.
DIPLOMA NAME REQUESTS
Seniors, please check your email and complete the Diploma Name Request form that was sent to you with how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS:
Yearbook Senior Recognition Ads are a great way for parents, families and friends to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. To purchase your ad online, follow the instructions on the attached FORM and then click on the LINK to order. There is also a YouTube Instructional Video that may be helpful to watch before placing your order. Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. Please take into account our school's ad content guidelines on the bottom of the attached form during the creation of your ad online. All ad orders must be placed online by 01/31/2022.

HAZEL HEALTH INFORMATION
We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. Parents - Please sign the Consent for Care form to ensure your child has access to these services: my.hazel.co/rochester3a. If you have already completed the form, thank you!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot. If you have to drive a different vehicle for 3 days then please fill out the form on all 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.
