THE ADDAMS FAMILY AUDITION PRACTICES
On the day of the auditions, Rocket Time practice for those groups in choir room:
Wednesday, January 12 - Junior/Senior girls - 3:30 p.m. until done
Thursday, January 13 - All Boys - 3:30 p.m. until done
Monday, January 17- Movement/Dance auditions for EVERYONE at 7:00 p.m. Dance Callbacks at 8:30 p.m. Come prepared to learn a dance and perform. The goal is to see if you can be taught group movement and look for featured dancers for the show. Email Mr. Bauser with any questions.
BOYS TRACK INFORMATION
There will be a Boys track and field open gym workout on Tuesday, January 18 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the RAC. Please reach out to Coach Blaise or Coach Hill if you have any questions.
CACC OPEN HOUSE
Interested in CACC for the 22-23 school year? Join them for an Open House to see if CACC is the right fit for you. The Open House will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Visit https://caccspringfield.org/ for more information.
DIPLOMA NAME REQUESTS
Seniors, please check your email and complete the Diploma Name Request form that was sent to you with how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS:
Yearbook Senior Recognition Ads are a great way for parents, families and friends to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. To purchase your ad online, follow the instructions on the attached FORM and then click on the LINK to order. There is also a YouTube Instructional Video that may be helpful to watch before placing your order. Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. Please take into account our school's ad content guidelines on the bottom of the attached form during the creation of your ad online. All ad orders must be placed online by 01/31/2022.

HAZEL HEALTH INFORMATION
We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot. If you have to drive a different vehicle for 3 days then please fill out the form on all 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.
