GIRLS TRACK INFORMATION
Anyone planning to participate in Girls' Track should meet in the HS Commons at the beginning of Rocket Time on Monday, January 31. We will meet from 9:40 - 9:55 to talk about the start of the season and upcoming events.
5 ESSENTIAL SURVEY FOR STUDENTS
We will be administering the 5 Essential Survey to all RHS students on Tuesday, February 1 during Rocket Time. If you would like more information, you can access it at this link. If you have any questions or concerns about your child taking the survey, please contact Sue Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.

CACC OPEN HOUSE
Interested in CACC for the 22-23 school year? Join them for an Open House to see if CACC is the right fit for you. The Open House will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Visit https://caccspringfield.org/ for more information.
SPANISH CLUB MOVIE NIGHT
The Spanish Club will have a movie night on Wednesday, January 26 at 5:00 p.m. in the library.
5ESSENTIALS SURVEY FOR RHS PARENTS
Parents, please take a few minutes to complete the 5Essentials Survey for RHS. This is a survey given by the Illinois State Board of Education. Your students will be taking the survey next week. What is the 5Essentials Survey? The 5Essentials Survey is taken by all PK-12th grade teachers and all 4th-12th grade students. The information collected through the survey is reviewed and analyzed to generate a 5Essentials Report for each school. The 5Essentials Report includes a breakdown of teacher and student responses and provides a comprehensive picture of the school environment based on five essential areas critical for school improvement in a meaningful context of similar and successful schools.
CACC INFORMATION
A reminder that Rochester will have an early dismissal (SIP Day) this Friday January 28 at 12:15 p.m. That means that CACC students will be dismissed at 10:00 a.m. this Friday. At that time you are free to leave for the day until your classes at CACC start. If you are needing a ride home at 10:00, please let us know before this Wednesday at noon so we can arrange transportation for your 10:00 a.m. dismissal. If you are planning on staying at school and having lunch and waiting for the bus at 12:15, please let us know that as well and we can make arrangements. If no CACC students have indicated that they need a ride home or to/from CACC by Wednesday of this week, we will assume that you will find your own way to and from classes that afternoon of Friday, January 28.

Seniors, please check your email and complete the Diploma Name Request form that was sent to you with how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.

In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. To purchase your ad online, follow the instructions on the attached FORM and then click on the LINK to order. There is also a YouTube Instructional Video that may be helpful to watch before placing your order. Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. Please take into account our school's ad content guidelines on the bottom of the attached form during the creation of your ad online. All ad orders must be placed online by 01/31/2022.

We’re launching our health services program for this school year, and we want to make sure your family has access to these services all year long. Our district is hosting a Consent for Care Drive to ensure 100% of families learn about our student health services from Hazel Health. With Hazel, students can immediately speak with a Hazel doctor right from school or at home. On-demand health services include: Medical treatment, Medication and Coordination. Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot.
