GIRLS TRACK - PARENT MEETING
Girls Track will have a Parents' Meeting tonight, Monday, February 7 at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Learning Commons (Library). A parent for each athlete should attend. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Trexler.
BOYS TRACK - PARENT/PLAYER MEETING
There will be a player/parent meeting on Tuesday, February 8 at 6:00 p.m. for all boys interested in Track and Field. This meeting will be done virtually to accommodate different schedules this time of year. Please complete the contact information form below in advance of the meeting. Families will be added to the google meet through their given email address. Friday - 2/11 - All Named Characters - Blocking Act 1 - 12:30-4:30 p.m.
Saturday - 2/12 - No Practice
Sunday - 2/13 - Full Cast Vocals & Dance - 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Monday - 2/14 - Full Cast - Vocals, Blocking, Dancing - Act 1 - 1:00-6:00 p.m.
CACC STUDENTS ANNOUNCEMENT
A reminder that Rochester will have an Early Dismissal (SIP Day) this Friday, February 11 at 12:15 p.m. That means that CACC students will be dismissed at 10:00 a.m. on that day. At that time you are free to leave for the day until your classes at CACC start. If you are needing a ride home at 10:00, please let Mrs. Tucker know before Wednesday, February 9 at noon so we can arrange transportation for your 10:00 a.m. dismissal. If you are planning on staying at school and having lunch to wait for the bus at 12:15, please let us know that as well and we can make arrangements. If no CACC students have indicated that they need a ride home or to/from CACC by this Wednesday, we will assume that you will find your own way to and from classes that afternoon of Friday the 11th.

The money collected helps buy supplies for the school and helps provide meals for Parent/Teacher conferences. In the past we have also purchased items for Teacher Appreciation Week. Any donation is greatly appreciated!

Freshman Class - If you did not receive a Fannie May candy fundraiser form in your English class, please feel free to stop by Mrs. Fitzgerald's Room (3143) to pick one up. Orders will be due the week of February 7 with delivery around mid to late March.
5ESSENTIALS SURVEY FOR RHS PARENTS
Parents, please take a few minutes to complete the 5Essentials Survey for RHS. This is a survey given by the Illinois State Board of Education. Your students will be taking the survey next week. What is the 5Essentials Survey? The 5Essentials Survey is taken by all PK-12th grade teachers and all 4th-12th grade students. The information collected through the survey is reviewed and analyzed to generate a 5Essentials Report for each school. The 5Essentials Report includes a breakdown of teacher and student responses and provides a comprehensive picture of the school environment based on five essential areas critical for school improvement in a meaningful context of similar and successful schools.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Parking Pass - If you need to get a parking sticker, please fill out the Parking Survey. If you are driving a different vehicle to school for any reason you need to fill out this form on a daily basis so we know that it is in the parking lot. If you have to drive a different vehicle for 3 days then please fill out the form on all 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tucker at stucker@rochester3a.net.
