All families that have any paperwork for the nurse can drop the documentation off in the orange box located outside the Student Services entrance on the wall.
Important Documentation:
Freshman: Physical by September 7 and dental exam by May 15
Seniors: Proof of 2nd dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine by September 7
Any students who have sports physicals can also drop them off in the orange box.
