RIS Band and Choirs
Fifth Grade Chorus will meet today at 11:50 AM. If you love to sing, act and perform - we'd love to have you in Fifth Grade Chorus! If you have not attended our other sessions, you’re not too late, we’d love to have you join us - please come TODAY to the Chorus Room at 11:50 (after lunch recess) to join in the fun! TODAY is the last day to join 5th Grade Chorus!
Sixth Grade Band will meet with Mrs. Parker TODAY at 12:00 P.M.
This is the last week students will be allowed to join Band or Choirs at RIS. We will accept new members after the Winter Break!
Students: if you are in any of our 5th or 6th Grade Bands or Choirs - but did not receive your information letter for your parents, please come to Mr. McCafferty's Room following these morning announcements!
Also, if you have your signed parent forms to turn in, please bring those down to Mr. McCafferty or Mrs. Parker at this time as well!!
6th Grade Girls Basketball
For any 6th grade girls who are interested in playing basketball, tryouts will be held 3:30-5:00 on Thursday, September 9th, and Friday, September 10th. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Acree.
RYAA Co-Ed Volleyball
RYAA Co-Ed Volleyball registration is NOW open thru September 1st for grades 2-8. The season will run from September 6- Nov 8 with games held on Sundays. The cost is $50 per child with a $5 sibling discount.
