Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open.
Things to know before you register:
Access registration using your Skyward family login. If you need assistance accessing your account, contact the District Office at 217-498-6210, and we will be glad to assist.
New families may request a Skyward account to enroll their student(s) via the new student enrollment portal.
All registrations must be completed online.
Please review your family information (step 1c) carefully to ensure that your email and phone numbers are accurate to receive information throughout the school year.
Please make sure that you fill out your student’s form for transportation. You must register your student every year for bus service. Each family must fill out this form even if you do not plan to have your student ride the bus.
The registration fee is $100.
Processing Fee: The company responsible for processing fees for the school district has revised its fee structure. Instead of the previous flat $6 registration transaction fee, a 4.5% fee based on the total registration cost will be charged. Families can bypass the processing fee by paying with cash or check at the Rochester CUSD #3A District Office located at 4 Rocket Dr. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is also a locked drop box located outside the district office main doors for payments outside of regular office hours.
Important: Course fees will be based on the courses in which each student has been placed. If your high school student wishes to change their course placement(s), those changes will need to be completed by contacting their high school guidance counselor. Please do not pay fees until after those changes have been made. Guidance counselors can be reached beginning July 31, 2024, by email or phone at the Student Services Office at 217-498-6210, ext. 3405.
